If you purchase your Dragon Naturally Speaking Medical software from us while you allow us to do your transcription at a competitive rate for a minimum of 90 days, we will teach you how to use Dragon – either using a hand-held digital recorder or dictating straight into Dragon – at no additional charge to you, all the while providing you with excellent dictation quality and ongoing support. If you currently have an EMR (electronic medical record) and want to learn how to use Dragon Naturally Speaking Medical to dictate directly into your EMR, when you purchase Dragon Naturally Speaking Medical from us, we will provide you with our Quick 20-Minute Remote Basic Training Course for each license purchased. Additional training and support may be purchased on an hourly rate.
