Speech 4 Me! was formed in 2005 by Tina Bolick who has 30 years of medical transcription experience as owner and operator of a regional medical transcription service. She holds a RHIA certification and is also a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas with a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. With this background, Tina has demonstrated a true interested in both people and how technology can serve them.

During her years as a traditional transcription service owner, Tina gave the transcriptionists who worked for her company the tools and training that made them as efficient as possible in the way of macros, forms, and training. Today, she brings that ability to the world of speech-recognition.
